Lessons in resilience, suffering and joy
I’ve talked about curve balls a couple of times, Sully and my yogic exhaust being two recent examples. But Sully and my partner in crime’s creative use of a yoga strap pale into insignificance in comparison to my journey back from Australia and what I came home to. It’s prompted me to think about resilience, suffering and joy.
The phrase ‘no mud, no lotus’ springs to mind.
